This Hike Is For You If…

• You care about mental health

• You want to support someone (or yourself) and discover helpful resources to improve wellness

• You’re looking for connection, hope, or healing

• You simply want to walk with purpose

What you can expect... (check back regularly for new updates and additions)

• Walk at your own pace and stop by any or all of 6 shelters to talk and interact with others who want share their knowledge and talent

• Informational conversation and materials from local support entities: Compeer, Mental Health Associates, Sparks of Hope and BryLin

• Post-Hike Reception

  • Stay after the hike to relax, connect, and take part in interactive experiences. Engage in scheduled sessions to learn and improve Mental Health

    • Yoga, Mind & Body exercises, Reiki, Aroma Therapy & Scent-based Relaxation

  • Hands-on experiences designed to support mental wellness, reflection, and connection and create keepsakes.

    • Container planting & mindful potting

    • Message painting on stones

    • Journaling & creative expression

• Photo contest to capture images during the hike that represent themes of peace, resilience, or connection and submit them for voting and publishing for auction at a later event

• Opportunity to share in personal stories related to mental health, your own journeys or stories of resilience from loved ones
